So it has been way to long since I have written anything to keep you all up to date with goings on here in Peru. My work with the FH relief effort has kept me very busy these last few months, but I have gotten to have some fun. Last Friday I went to the wedding of a a friend and co-worker, Rocio. Several people from the office came to celebrate their marriage. Here are a few pictures from that night....
One other interesting event also occurred a couple of weeks ago. On Oct. 23rd I celebrated my 1 year anniversary here in Peru. While it seems like the year has flown by, so much has happened (especially in the last three months), that I can hardly believe I have only been here for 1 year. I am so thankful for all the ways the Lord has blessed me and the work I am doing here in this last year. Please continue to pray that the Lord would continue to guide, protect and provide for me in the next weeks, months and years ahead.
