Yesterday Cristian and I celebrated a Civil Wedding Ceremony in Peru with our friends and family. It was a great evening, and now I can say that I am legally Alegre :). Alegre is Cristian's last name and now mine too. In Spanish it means "happy." We feel so blessed and happy to have been able to share this moment with so many loved ones in Peru, and we are looking forward to our religious ceremony in less than a month in Washington were we can celebrate with our loved ones there.
