WOW! Today is my 3rd year anniversary of living in Lima and serving with FH/Peru.
A few weeks ago I tried to write a summary of all the amazing challenges and experiences of the last three years. As you might imagine I found I difficult to to describe (even in 3+ pages) the immense blessing it has been to serve God and His people in Peru. Thank you for your faithful support and prayers that make my work here possible and are a continual encouragement to me.
Today, I am busy working on some planning document that FH/Peru has to submit to the Peruvian government each year. In my last post, I asked you to be praying for things to begin to clarify regarding my new position as the Coordinator of the FH/Peru Program Office. By the looks of some very busy days this last week and a long "to do" list for the weeks ahead, I think that prayer is beginning to be answered. Thank you for your prayers, and please continue to pray that God would continue to guide me and grant me wisdom in discovering and carrying out the purpose He has for me in Peru as I step into this next phase of service.
